- Shipping & Delivery
- Recovery-Disks.com provides each customer with free ground shipping on every order. You can expect to take delivery of your Recovery Disks within 3-4 business days. We understand that this may not be ideal for some customers and are offering overnight shipping at an added charge. When you're checking out, please be sure to select this option if you need your Recovery Disks overnighted to you.
- Priority shipping available on all orders. Please select this option during the checkout process.
- Returns & Replacements
- Recovery-Disks.com will not accept any returns or refunds once your recovery disks have been shipped or received by the customer. If you experience any problems while using your recovery disks please contact our support department for help on using your disks (note, support charges may apply.) Additionally, you can contact Recovery-Disks.com here with any other questions regarding our return policy. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number, mailing address, part number (located on recovery disks,) and a detailed description of your problem. Recovery-Disks.com will not issue refunds if the machine was fixed before the recovery disks arrived, or the lost recovery disks were located. There are no exceptions to this policy. Recovery-Disks.com ultimately reserves the right to resolve the issue in whichever way they see fit.
